Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, this part‑time position is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role is labor‑intensive, requiring the safe handling of bulk and route truck loads. Tasks include loading outbound trucks and unloading inbound trucks, building loads from order sheets using a forklift or electronic pallet jack, ensuring compliance with shipper/receiver documentation, rotating products by expiration dates, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The job may involve working in various weather conditions and lifting a high volume of cases (20‑45 pounds per case) throughout the shift.

• Loading trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors from the warehouse and placing them into route truck bays.
• Ensuring product rotation on trucks and in the warehouse following expiration dates.
• Cleaning and repacking product according to RBDC standards.
• Disposing of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness: disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and operating a floor scrubber periodically.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift operations knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
