Job Description

Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift

Location: Wallingford, CT
Pay: $19 per hour plus $1.50 Shift Premium

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and handle metal products with care and precision.
• Sort, stack, clean, wash, and inspect cartons, pallets, and parts as assigned.
• Assist with filling, packaging, and completing required documentation.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and material handling equipment safely.
• Support machine operators with operational tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and equipment well-maintained.
• Train team members when needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing protocols.
• Work on or near heavy machinery on the warehouse floor.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scanning technology
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

• Previous warehouse or metal packing experience
• Proficiency with hand-held measuring tools
