We’re looking for experienced ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians who bring professionalism, compassion, and strong clinical skills to their work. If you’ve previously worked in ABA, followed treatment plans, and collaborated with supervising BCBAs, this role is a perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior
- Build strong connections with children and their families
- Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced ABA Therapists or Behavior Technicians
- Individuals who have worked with BCBAs and understand ABA implementation
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to client progress
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with Autism
- Sessions take place in the child’s home or community
- Part‑time position
- Minimum 6‑month commitment
- If you're interested in becoming an RBT, you may complete the 40‑hour RBT course — we can guide you if needed
