- Support in preparing tender and bid documentation
- Creation of calculations, business presentations, and collection of relevant information to support sales and project activities
- Preparation and analysis of monthly order intake reports
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings, workshops, and corporate events, including agenda preparation
- Preparation and consolidation of monthly order review documentation
- Monitoring and controlling project budgets on a monthly basis in close collaboration with the Project Management team
- Management and maintenance of project-related data, documentation, and records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Initial professional experience in a comparable role is considered an advantage
- Highly motivated, proactive, and flexible individual with strong organizational skills
- Hands‑on mentality with a strong drive to take ownership and actively contribute to achieving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills, combined with an independent and structured working style
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP-user skills are an advantage
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and very good English language skills, both written and spoken
