HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

Commissioning and technical support of ETCS system and signalling systems on rail vehicles
Providing customer support throughout the warranty and operational phases
Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues using ETCS logs, JRU data, and vehicle diagnostic tools
Preparing technical reports, test records, and documentation
Delivering remote support and performing on-site technical interventions at customer locations
Planning and executing commissioning activities, system tests, and training sessions
Collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams in both national and international environments

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Completed technical vocational training, for example as an Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or in a comparable field
Further education at Higher Technical College (HF) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) level is an advantage
Initial professional experience in commissioning, service engineering, or the integration of technical systems within the railway industry
Knowledge of ETCS system, Train Control and Management Systems or railway signalling systems is an asset
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach, combined with a high level of commitment and flexibility
Enjoy working in a technically challenging and international environment
Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% within Switzerland and across Europe
Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
