Waythrough is recruiting a Young Persons Recovery Coordinator for the North Tyneside Recovery Partnership. This role focuses on supporting children and young people affected by drug and alcohol use, helping them build resilience and reduce harm through assessments, recovery planning and tailored psychosocial interventions.
You will manage your own caseload, deliver one-to-one and group sessions, and work with families, schools and partner agencies to safeguard those at risk.
