Job Summary Aprio is seeking a Manager, Audit to lead client engagements and audit projects with a commitment to quality, professional excellence, and lasting client relationships. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, delivering insight-driven service across complex engagements. You will guide and develop audit staff while also actively contributing to the firm's growth through strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple audit engagements and client projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, partners, and staff — communicating engagement expectations, status updates, and key outcomes clearly and proactively.

Manage, coach, and develop audit staff, providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback to support professional growth.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues through consistent, client-centered service.

Actively contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand firm services and originate new client relationships.

Qualifications:

Developed specialties in Real Estate and Affordable Housing.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

Active CPA license required4–7 years of experience in public accounting.

Strong analytical capabilities related to financial statements and financial data.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead independently, and make sound decisions.

Preferred:
