We are currently seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst for our client
The Senior Member Insights Analyst will be accountable for generating insights that lead to new product/service ideation, growing our market penetration through targeting, positioning, and creative campaign testing.
Essential Functions- Has strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative techniques and the ability to apply tools appropriately based on business needs and resources.
- Lead vendor and agency partner research projects to select the best methodology and tools to maximize learning and gain value from projects.
- Manage brand equity tracking, positioning, communication and advertising testing, new product concept and product testing, and larger strategic projects.
- Incorporate macro trends into everyday activities and articulate how these trends influence our Members mindset and purchase behaviors.
- Have the ability to convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
- Be a strategic thought leader and collaborate with cross-functional partners such as product, digital, sales, analytics, etc.
- Have the ability to pull disparate pieces of data together, analyze data, uncover insights and then create concise and compelling stories to bring those insights to life.
- Evidence of strong analytical skills; ability to use research as a tool in decision making.
- Must have experience with Qualtrics.
- Ability to self-prioritize and deliver against competing concurrent projects. Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly with cross-functional teams to execute on decisions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills.
- Bachelor s degree in related area (BA/BS degree in business, statistics, marketing, psychology, consumer behavior or related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred not required.
- At least 5
-7 years of experience in voice of customer, market research, marketing, quantitative analysis, and/or business analysis blending a mix of qualitative and quantitative research experience in a business to consumer environment - Experience in consumer research including custom and syndicated.
