As an CSR/Account Manager/Senior Print Specialist at Alpha Graphics, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey for marketing projects—from initial quote to final delivery. This role is critical in ensuring that each project runs smoothly and meets both customer expectations and Alpha Graphics quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities- Conducting thorough requirement analysis to ensure accurate understanding of project needs.
- Creating detailed estimates and following up with customers in a timely manner.
- Converting estimates into invoices and ensuring a smooth handoff to design and production teams.
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure the job is completed on time, maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the process.
- Upholding Alpha Graphics’ quality control standards at every stage to deliver outstanding results to our clients.
- Assisting customers with completing large and small print jobs, including estimating, invoicing and payment processing.
- Helping customers via email, phone calls and face-to-face or via online interactions.
- Capturing customer’s specifics using Job Analysis questions.
- Reviewing customer’s proofs, managing the proofing process, and calling customers when jobs are ready for pick up.
- Creating job estimates/orders/invoices using MIS/CRM tools.
- Maintaining current pricing strategies and customer billing procedures.
- Following up and managing inbound leads.
- Print industry experience and knowledge of what it takes to print a job—BW, Color and Press, cut sheet or wide format.
- Thorough knowledge of print products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing.
- Experience working in the print industry in a consultative role or account management role.
- Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
- Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets).
- Excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Professional appearance and decorum.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Onsite position M-F, regular 40 hours, in Walnut Creek, CA.
