Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Base Pay Range

$140,000–$170,000 per year

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with team members to ensure on‑time, under‑budget execution.
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interests while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with timeline, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Implement effective communication plans, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing with all stakeholders.
• Identify and manage potential risks or hurdles, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure construction projects adhere to all building codes, legal requirements, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques are applied.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (NOT REQUIRED).
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale construction projects from initiation to completion.
• In‑depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, time‑management, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent delegation abilities while maintaining overall project control.
• Superior negotiation, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project‑management software tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
