A growing, client-focused wealth advisory practice in the Bay Area is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its team. The Client Service Associate works closely with Financial Advisors and the broader client service team to provide a high level of service to clients and support day-to-day account and administrative needs.

Job Duties Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to account and service-related questions and requests.

Support client onboarding, account maintenance, transfers, distributions, and other account servicing needs.

Provide day-to-day administrative and client support to Financial Advisors, including meeting preparation and follow-up.

Process client transactions accurately and ensure required documentation and approvals are completed.

Maintain accurate client records and follow firm policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with advisors, operations, and other team members to provide a seamless client experience.
