Fehr & Peers is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer/Planner to join our team. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative multimodal transportation solutions, guide entry-level staff, and foster client relationships. • Analyze complex transportation planning or engineering problems across all travel modes.
• Communicate effectively through strong writing and presentation skills.
• Utilize various software tools to inform recommendations for officials and managers.
• Engage in diverse projects such as traffic simulation, transit planning, and regional transportation studies.
• Manage projects and develop staff and client relationships.

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in traffic operations, engineering, transportation planning, or travel demand forecasting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in transportation, civil or electrical engineering, urban planning, or related fields.
• Excellent technical writing and public speaking skills.
• Experience in project management and marketing.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Professional license (highly desirable).
• GIS experience (preferred).
