The expected pay range for this role and location is $160,000 - $185,000/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.

- Design and oversee both temporary dewatering treatment systems and permanent remedial systems for groundwater and surface water applications.
- Conduct and interpret hydrogeologic and contaminant fate and transport evaluations to guide system design.
- Provide field oversight during installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of treatment systems.
- Assemble project teams and provide leadership throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Oversee project financials, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables.
- Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and permit applications for treatment systems such as filtration, carbon and other media adsorption, air stripping, and chemical treatment.
- Perform technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Pursue new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and client relationships.
- Manage branch budgets, forecasts, hiring, and staff development.
- Promote company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement.
- 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong business acumen with P&L experience.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Committed to safety and engineering excellence.
- Strong understanding of advanced in‑situ and ex‑situ remediation technologies (e.g., bioremediation, chemical oxidation/reduction, PFAS treatment).
- Strong understanding of vapor mitigation, air handling systems, NPDES, and temporary discharge permitting.
- Strong understanding of hydrogeologic and chemical processes governing contaminant behavior.
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations and guidelines and their implications on findings and conclusions in studies.
- BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with a concentration in geotechnical engineering.
- MS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with a concentration in geotechnical engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
