Electrical Project Engineer – Substation Design & Construction (69kV+)
Location: Tualatin, OR | Walnut Creek, CA | Denver, CO | Overland Park, KS

- Develop drawings, schematics, layouts, relay panel wiring, grounding, and auxiliary power systems
- Perform QA/QC reviews, mentor junior engineers, and oversee project deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure technical excellence
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and specifications for procurement and construction
- Support business development and present proposals/designs to clients
- 5+ years of HV (69 kV+) substation design experience in the U.S. power utility industry
- Project lead or technical specialist experience
- Strong QA/QC and client coordination skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
