Moffatt & Nichol seeks a Water Resources / Stormwater Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to join our Oakland or Walnut Creek office. You will work on federal flood risk, municipal stormwater, and resilience projects, collaborating with coastal engineers and the Waggonner & Ball studio.
You will develop 1D/2D hydraulic models, analyze flood risk, and coordinate with regulatory agencies. Travel to support project delivery will be required in a dynamic Northern California practice.
