We are opening one of the first luxury head spas in the Bay Area, and are looking for the right therapist to join us as we grow.

The Head Ritual is a luxury head spa and scalp wellness destination offering advanced scalp treatments, AI scalp analysis, and curated skin and head spa services.

We are searching for a licensed cosmetologist who is passionate about scalp/hair care, skincare, and the guest experience. We are seeking someone who is hospitality-driven and excited to grow with a brand that is redefining the head spa experience in the Bay Area.

• Perform luxury head spa and scalp treatments following a signature protocol
• Provide AI scalp analysis
• Educate clients on scalp health and recommend at-home care routines
• Hair washing, conditioning, exfoliation, and scalp massage
• Blow dry + styling (comfortable using brushes, blow dryers, etc)
• Basic facial services and scalp, neck, decollete, shoulder/arm massage
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Other duties as needed

• Valid CA Cosmetology License
• Esthetician License a huge plus
• Weekend Availability
• Interested in scalp care, wellness, and beauty
• Able to create a relaxing, nurturing ritual for guests
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Commuting to Walnut Creek, CA (94596)

• Hourly pay + commissions + tips
