Senior Corporate Recruiter

Location: Hybrid/Onsite (as applicable) in Walnut Creek, CA

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and align on candidate requirements.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and transparent communication.
• Maintain multiple active searches while meeting hiring goals and timelines.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Support recruiting process improvements and contribute to scalable hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate/G&A functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, or related areas.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within CPG, startup, or private equity-backed organizations.
• Familiarity with California employment practices and regulations.
