We represent governmental units, public agencies, investment banks and non‑profit organizations. You will assist in drafting, analyzing and negotiating financing agreements and related legal documents for a diverse range of public‑finance clients.

• 3‑5 years’ experience in transactional law or health‑care law, or equivalent experience
• Motivated self‑starter with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to ethics and excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• New York or New Jersey bar admission, or pending bar admission, is required

This is a hybrid role with three days a week in the office and two days a week from home.
