Litigation Associate
Boutique firm in Walnut Creek is in immediate need for a Litigation Associate for their growing Insurance Defense practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of law firm experience in Insurance Defense, Product Liability, Construction Defect and General Liability. A successful candidate will be capable of running cases, communicating and negotiating neurologically with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and have strong analytical, research and writing skills.
Deposition experience a plus. California bar membership is required.
