Job Description

We are partnered with a well-respected AM200 firm that is looking for an experienced Labor and Employment Partner to join their growing team. This position can be based in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Walnut Creek or Sacramento. If you are interested in working on complex matters, working with a motivated team and mentoring junior associates, this may be of interest to you.

They offer a hybrid schedule (3 in office and 2 at home) with a robust bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Labor and Employment (FEHA, wage and hour, class action, PAGA all considered)
• Experience mentoring junior associates
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
• Licensed in good standing with California State Bar
• No book of business is required
