Clinical Manager – Bass Surgery Center

We are looking for a Clinical Manager to oversee and develop the ambulatory surgical center’s clinical departments through key tasks such as hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, and supervision. The ideal candidate will bring proven, flexible strategies that support continued growth.

Location: United Surgical Partners International, Inc (Bass Surgery Center) – Fast‑paced, multi‑specialty ASC environment.

Sign‑On Bonus
: $10,000.

Salary Range
: $151,840 – $168,480 per year.

• Oversee and develop the ambulatory surgical center’s clinical departments.
• Hire, evaluate, mentor, schedule, and supervise clinical staff.
• Apply excellent critical‑thinking and emotional‑intelligence skills to solve problems quickly.
• Manage client billings and ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CMS standards of care, fiscal budgets, and performance improvement.
• Attend all mandatory in‑services and meetings; conduct annual safety and competency education sessions.
• Work flexible hours with no calls on weekends/holidays; CE’s available.

• BSN or higher degree.
• Current RN license and certifications in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• At least 5 years operating room / critical care experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
