United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Full‑Time RN Operating Room Circulator for Bass Surgery Center in Walnut Creek. This fast‑paced multi‑specialty ASC environment rewards high‑quality patient care with a competitive pay package.

• Understands and acts in accordance with Bass Surgery Center’s mission statement.
• Determines data collection based on patient condition or needs related to proposed interventions.
• Addresses physiological, psychological, socio‑cultural and spiritual needs/responses of patients.
• Prioritizes tasks and remains flexible as job priorities change.

• Produces accurate and complete work.
• Demonstrates knowledge and follows AORN standards.
• Acts as a team member.
• Completes initial and annual competencies as required.
• Maintains licenses and certifications.
• Adheres to dress code, attendance punctuality, meal break and rest periods.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Attends required department and hospital meetings.
• Assumes responsibility for continuing education requirements.

$65.00 – $75.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or professional nursing school.
• Three (1) years of experience in surgery.
• Current CA RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.
• Clinical proficiency in OR nursing skills, including developmental needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
