Qualifications Bachelor'sdegreein

Food Science,Microbiology,Chemistry,Engineering,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline;advanceddegreepreferred.
15+yearsofprogressivefoodsafetyandqualityleadershipexperiencewithinfoodorconsumerpackagedgoodsmanufacturingenvironments.

Provensuccessleadingenterprise-wideFSQAprogramsacrossmultiplefacilities,co-manufacturers,andsupplychainpartners.

DeepknowledgeofFDA,USDA,FSMA,HACCP,GFSIstandards,allergen management,sanitation,andregulatorycompliancerequirements.

Demonstratedabilitytobuildhigh-performing teams,influenceexecutivestakeholders,anddriveacultureofaccountabilityandcontinuousimprovement.

Strongstrategicleadership,risk assessment,crisis management,andchangemanagementskillswithinafast-pacedgrowthenvironment.
