Responsibilities
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Assist clients in buying or selling properties under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Participate in shadowing opportunities to gain hands-on experience.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, in-person workshops, and training sessions to build foundational skills.
  • Work closely with mentors and coaches to develop your expertise in client relations and real estate transactions.
  • Utilize proven Twin Oaks systems and tools to generate leads and manage your business effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and local real estate regulations.
Qualifications
  • Tech savvy
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for real estate
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • A commitment to participating in training programs and shadowing opportunities
  • Basic proficiency with technology and willingness to learn real estate tools
  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Compensation

$50,000+ Annually
