We are looking for an Account Executive that will spearhead Sewer
AI’s sales initiatives targeting municipal utilities, contractors, and consulting engineers within the Western and Eastern United States. The role demands a proactive, results‑driven professional adept at nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that align with those needs. Ideal candidate has a solid background in SaaS sales within construction or civil engineering sectors and a keen ability to negotiate and close deals that contribute to our growth and market presence.
Location:
San Francisco / Bay Area.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain Western and Eastern‑based Customer Type.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships, understanding customer trends and requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions precisely meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by expanding the customer base and fostering growth within existing accounts.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably SaaS in construction, civil engineering, or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Base salary: $100,000 – $115,000 annually.
On‑target earning (OTE): $200,000 (50/50 compensation plan).
