Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, results‑driven Inside Account Manager to join this growing team as a B2B Senior Account Manager. The role focuses on working with inbound qualified leads and closing sales with mid‑sized businesses across various verticals. Cold calling is not part of the remit; the emphasis is on managing and nurturing existing leads to bring sales with IT leaders to a close.

Responsibilities
  • Work with inbound qualified leads and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Understand clients' needs and offer solutions that best fit their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years selling in a B2B environment, preferably to IT Leaders, Facilities Leaders, Government, Schools, Real Estate, and/or Construction.
  • Knowledge of low‑voltage systems, preferably in security; experience in phone systems, IT, A/V, or other IP‑based systems considered.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work M‑F within the Walnut Creek office.
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • $80,000 base & $160,000‑$170,000+ OTE.
