- Sales Manager ($4,000 – $5,500 Base): Designed for professionals with foundational experience or understanding of the food service, commercial kitchen equipment, or restaurant technology industry. We are looking for industry‑savvy, highly driven “pioneers” eager to grow rapidly in the top Food Tech track.
- Senior Sales Manager ($5,500 – $7,000 Base): Designed for seasoned industry experts. Candidates must have a strong professional background and established restaurant or restaurant group resources, leveraging existing networks and industry influence to accelerate enterprise customer acquisition.
- Market Development & Penetration: Lead Robby One channel expansion across North America, focusing on large restaurant chains, central kitchens, cloud kitchens, and commercial food service organizations.
- Full‑Cycle Sales Management: Independently drive the entire sales process from lead generation, business negotiations, on‑site demonstrations (Demos), to contract signing, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Industry Solution Consultation: Identify customer pain points (labor cost, quality consistency, etc.) and provide tailored kitchen automation upgrade solutions.
- Customer Success & Relationship Management: Collaborate with the technical team to monitor equipment performance, driving repeat purchases and referrals through high‑level customer success services.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Collect market insights in real‑time to support product iteration and strategic decision‑making.
- Professional Background: Experience in restaurant management or senior sales experience in commercial kitchen equipment, restaurant SaaS/POS systems.
- Core Competencies: Strong business negotiation skills, excellent cross‑team communication, and results‑driven execution.
