What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will take on advanced installation and maintenance work, focusing on security cameras, access control systems, networks, and burglar alarms. Additionally, you may work on other wiring projects, including cable installation, fiber optic cabling, and Cat 5 wiring.

The ideal candidate has significant experience with low voltage systems, excels in a hands-on environment, and is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to personal growth.

Responsibilities

• System Installation and Maintenance:
  Install and maintain security systems, access control, and networking equipment with precision.
• Client
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate directly with clients to ensure smooth installations and address service needs.
• System Troubleshooting:
  Respond to repair calls, diagnose technical issues, and implement solutions.
• Blueprint Interpretation:
  Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate component and wiring installation.
• System Testing and Training:
  Test all systems for functionality and provide clients with clear instructions on operation.

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Technician certification
• Low Voltage and cabling experience (1 year)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures
