RF​/DAS​/ERRCS Installer

We are hiring across multiple skill levels.

Responsible for assessing and estimating RF construction projects, supervising junior installers, and executing installations accurately and efficiently.

• Supervises 2-4 junior installers
• Responsible for full completion of RF construction projects
• Reads and interprets blueprints
• Ensures full job site safety and R56 compliance
• Communicates clearly with team and clients
• Troubleshoots and solves problems effectively
• Manages job outcomes, timelines, and expectations
• Proficient with cabling, cable pulling/running, connectors, and light construction
• Understands grounding requirements
• Works well in a team environment

Supports Level 3 in project assessment and estimation while independently completing assigned tasks with increasing responsibility.

• Works with minimal supervision
• Proficient with cabling, cable pulling/running, connectors, and light construction
• Grounding knowledge
• Actively progressing toward Level 3 responsibilities
• Able to read blueprints
• Strong communication skills
• Job site safety and R56 compliance
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Fast learner, team-oriented

Learns from Levels 2 and 3 while assisting with project tasks and developing technical skills.

• Entry-level role; little to no experience required
• Quick learner with a desire to grow
• Provides own tools
• Assists Levels 2 and 3
• Works well in a team environment
• Motivated to learn efficiently

• Ability to complete job-related paperwork
• Conduit experience is a plus
• Electrical experience is a plus
• C7 Low Voltage License preferred
• FCC License preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Punctual, task-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Adaptable, organized, and motivated to learn
• Works well in a team environment
• Background or interest in electronics, low-voltage cabling, RF theory, or alarm systems
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
