• Caring:
  Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of each child.
• Engaged:
  Observe, assess, plan for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Knowledgeable:
  Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development.
• Creative:
  Implement proprietary curriculum and create interactive learning experiences.

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Meet state requirements: background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, mandated reporter training.
• Able to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Compensation based on position, education, experience – bi-weekly and daily pay options.
• Lead Teacher: $20.61–$21.41 per hour.
