• Training and Shadowing provided.

• Follow the plan of care by the Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
• Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and safety relating to dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on the goals and follow through with treatment to achieve established goals.
• Provide advice and education to patients and family.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the progress of the patient towards goals, and the need for modifying plans and treatment.

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Home Health experience preferred; not required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by state regulations.

The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit

We are looking for COTA coverage in the following areas: Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Moorpark, Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Simi Valley, Somis, Camarillo, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Camarillo, and Ventura
