We cater to the needs of 8 million halal consumers in the USA. People prefer halal food because it is clean, healthy and humane. Our products include Meat, Grocery, Bakery, Personal Care, Vitamins, etc.

Pulls orders accurately in preparation for prompt shipment, unloads and verifies receipt of incoming shipments, handles and inspects returned merchandises.

• Obtain merchandises from warehouse shelves, racks or floor locations to fill general orders, non-stock items or special orders, verify and double check items required and quantities.
• Place items on pallets and shrink wrap it to allow visibility of invoice.
• Receive “wrap and pack” orders as follows:
  • Label the company invoice number on the box.
  • Compare identifying information and quantities on the packing slip against the purchase order, count items for verification, and indicate any discrepancies.
  • Obtain shipping document and labels from shipping office.
  • Indicate sales order number on the shipping ticket and attach it to the box or sack.
• Inspect returned items and prepare documents to complete the return process.
• Handle return shipments to manufacturer for repairs or recycling.
• Load/unload trucks according to instruction from supervisors.
• Verify items received and forward documents to office to complete receiving process.
• Fold boxes for shrink-wrapping.
• Assist in warehouse maintenance.
• Pack orders for out-of-town shipments.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

• Must have a strong knowledge of warehouse operations and an understanding of product staging, on-time shipping, and distribution warehouse operation
• Warehouse experience shipping and receiving preferred
• Proficient with wireless scanners
• Experience in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Experience in a high-volume, material distribution environment
• Excellent math aptitude and able to learn software efficiently
• Excellent computer and data entry skills and email communication required
• Excellent written and oral communications skills required
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to focus on results
• Organized, detail minded with the ability to multi-task
• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
