• Supervise daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Operate and oversee power equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Manage freezer storage areas, ensuring proper temperature control and compliance with product integrity standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
• Monitor productivity and workflow, implementing process improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality to meet delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and staffing.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in cold storage/freezer environments and temperature‑controlled inventory management.

• Certified or experienced in operating power equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) and inventory control processes.

• Understanding of OSHA safety standards, freezer safety protocols, and material handling best practices.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold conditions for extended periods.

Base Pay Range: $79,800 – $119,700 (depending on market, skill, education, and experience). Commissions may apply if eligible. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, and sick & safe time.
