Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Operate and oversee power equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
- Manage freezer storage areas, ensuring proper temperature control and compliance with product integrity standards.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
- Monitor productivity and workflow, implementing process improvements as needed.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality to meet delivery timelines.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and staffing.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in cold storage/freezer environments and temperature‑controlled inventory management.
- Certified or experienced in operating power equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) and inventory control processes.
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards, freezer safety protocols, and material handling best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold conditions for extended periods.
Base Pay Range: $79,800 – $119,700 (depending on market, skill, education, and experience). Commissions may apply if eligible. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, and sick & safe time.
