Volkswagen of Norwood is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!

What You’ll DoWelcome customers and create a positive, professional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Schedule service appointments and document customer concerns accurately.
Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds and review vehicle service history.
Explain recommended services, repair costs, and estimated completion times clearly and confidently.
Keep customers informed of repair progress, additional recommendations, and completion timelines.
Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure an efficient workflow.
Review and close repair orders accurately while ensuring customer concerns have been addressed.
Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication, follow-up, and exceptional service.
What We’re Looking ForKnowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and service recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
Willingness to complete and maintain required manufacturer training and certifications.
A team player who is motivated to learn, grow, and succeed.
