About the Role
Behavioral Technician in Norfolk County, MA for the 2025–2026 school year. Supports elementary school students with significant and challenging behaviors. Consistent weekday schedule:
Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM.
- Location:
Norfolk County, MA - School Year: 2025–2026
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM–2:45 PM - Caseload: K‑2
- Implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive student behavior
- Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistent interventions
- Monitor student progress and document behavioral data
- Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group behavioral support
- Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
- Experience working with students with special needs, particularly those with autism
- Ability to follow structured behavior plans and support team collaboration
- Strong communication and reliability
- Competitive pay and benefits package. Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr
