Overview

Customer Service Engineer - AT/XP - Lebanon NH role at Siemens Healthineers. This is a field-based, customer-facing role. You will service At and XP Equipment in the Lebanon, NH area, primarily installing, servicing, maintaining and modifying Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. You will deliver timely and effective repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.

You will also manage financial performance within your territory and oversee company assets.

• Servicing AT and XP equipment in the Lebanon, NH area. Customer Service Engineer level based on prior experience.
• In a field-based, customer-facing role, install, service, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and superior customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance within the territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue, expense control and inventory management.
• Manage company assets including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.

• Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional business relationships with customers and peers and perform administrative duties accurately.
• Experience testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience; 3-5+ years of field service experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography; willingness to participate in on-call rotation after training and certification.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Lebanon, NH; valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, climbing ladders/stools, bending, twisting, sitting/standing, fine manipulation, good vision; ability to work alone.

The Annual Base Pay for this position is min $0 - max $0. Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. If eligible, commissions are based on individual and/or company performance.
