  • Driving residential loan growth through strong referral networks and business development activity
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure mortgage systems and vendor relationships support compliance and operational efficiency
  • Participating in audits and regulatory examinations, and maintaining internal policy documentation
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years of residential mortgage origination and underwriting experience
  • 2–5 years of leadership experience managing lending staff
  • In‑depth knowledge of FHLMC guidelines, secondary market practices, and applicable federal/state lending regulations

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and hold others accountable in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and judgment in navigating regulatory and operational matters
  • Strong time management, process improvement, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with banking systems and technologies
  • Active participation in the community, with a passion for equitable access to financial services
