CNA and HHA Caregivers

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently looking for CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Walpole, MA! We’re seeking dependable caregivers who enjoy helping others and providing personalized care ther you’re looking for a full-time position or a part-time schedule, we have opportunities with different shift lengths to match your availability, along with the convenience of weekly pay.

• $20 to $23 per hour

• 20 to 40 hours per week

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care in a client’s home

• Able to follow scheduled shifts and communicate reliably
