SYNERGY Home Care is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Walpole, MA! Your Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable, safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Keep the care team informed about changes in client needs or condition

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care in a client’s home

• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
