Rate Range: $22-$24/Hr
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provide on-site support for staff
- HW and SW install and configuration experience
- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance (some after-hours required)
- Terminate, test, and replace network cables (Cat5/Cat6/Cat7)
- Organize and manage cable layouts for optimal performance
- Train staff on new systems
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and configurations
- Track hardware, software licenses, and inventory levels
- Assist with rollout and upgrade projects
- Maintain secure and efficient network infrastructure
- Support online ordering and delivery platforms
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cable installation
- Break fix experience with laptops, desktops, printers, servers.
- Smart hands network experience, rack n stack, cable management
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred (or 5+ years of relevant experience)
