Digital Marketing Specialist
Focus:
Website, SEO, Analytics, and Web Strategy
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee our company’s digital presence with a primary focus on website maintenance, performance, and growth. This role will ensure our website effectively communicates our brand, supports lead generation, and provides an excellent user experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically savvy, and comfortable balancing both tactical upkeep and strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities Website Management & Maintenance- Manage daily website operations, including updates to content, images, and resources.
- Ensure the website is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to publish new project stories, blog posts, and resources.
- Monitor site performance, uptime, and loading speeds, coordinating with developers or vendors when needed.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Optimizeon-page elements such as metadata, headers, alt text, and internal linking.
- Track and report on keyword performance, organic traffic, and site visibility.
- Recommend and implement content improvements to drive inbound traffic.
- Set up,maintain, andmonitorwebsite analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Track user behavior, conversion paths, and campaign performance.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Manage andoptimizepaid digital campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to improve targeting and ROI.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets, bids, andcreativeto meet lead generation goals.
- Provide campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with website strategy and business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend website enhancements to improve user experience and lead generation.
- Stay current on digital marketing and web design trends to keep the site competitive.
- Support integration of marketing technology tools (CRM, email automation, tracking).
- Assistin planning and executing website redesigns, new features, or landing pages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on website and SEO.
- Proficiency with Word Press, Google Analytics, SEO toolsplus familiarity with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
