Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing standards and safety, managing profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet goals.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our Owner Operator restaurants.
