Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you are Orange theory's face! You’ll welcome guests, build relationships with members, and drive studio growth through membership sales, exceptional customer service, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests with a high-energy, positive attitude

Conduct studio tours and explain the Orange theory workout

Promote and sell memberships and class packages

Assist with daily studio operations, including opening/closing duties

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Contribute to the studio's social media by capturing in-studio content and promoting events

Answer phones, schedule classes, and respond to member inquiries

Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the studio community

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Passion for fitness and a team-player mindset

Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) to engage and promote

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
