Be part of launching a brand-new Kids United location in Walpole, MA. We're hiring an energetic, people-focused Sales and Member Experience Associate to help local families discover Kids United and create an incredible experience for kids and parents. Kids United helps kids ages 2-9 build confidence, coordination, and life skills through fun, soccer-based classes.

• Respond quickly to new leads and schedule free trial classes
• Follow up consistently with families via calls, texts, and email
• Build relationships with families and confidently guide them from trial class to membership
• Help create a welcoming experience for kids and families by greeting members, assisting with schedules and billing, and delivering standout customer service
• Support weekend events and community outreach

• Consistent and timely follow-up with interested families
• Strong trial-to-membership conversions
• Positive, welcoming energy that families love
• Organized, reliable communication with the General Manager

• 15-20 hours/week (two evenings + one weekend day required)
• Pay: $17 - $20/hour based on experience, plus performance incentives for membership growth

• Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with families
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Dependable and accountable - you take ownership of your work
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with lots of activity
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles

• Love working with kids or families
• Have experience in youth sports, fitness, or education
