Be part of launching a brand-new Kids United location in Walpole, MA. We’re hiring an energetic, people-focused Sales and Member Experience Associate to help local families discover Kids United and create an incredible experience for kids and parents. Kids United helps kids ages 2–9 build confidence, coordination, and life skills through fun, soccer-based classes.

Respond quickly to new leads and schedule free trial classes

Follow up consistently with families via calls, texts, and email

Build relationships with families and confidently guide them from trial class to membership

Help create a welcoming experience for kids and families by greeting members, assisting with schedules and billing, and delivering standout customer service

Support weekend events and community outreach

Consistent and timely follow-up with interested families

Strong trial-to-membership conversions

Positive, welcoming energy that families love

Organized, reliable communication with the General Manager

15-20 hours/week (two evenings + one weekend day required)

Pay: $17 – $20/hour based on experience, plus performance incentives for membership growth

Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with families

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Dependable and accountable—you take ownership of your work

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with lots of activity

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles

Love working with kids or families

Have experience in youth sports, fitness, or education

Play a key role in building the club from day one

Work side-by-side with ownership and leadership

Help kids thrive through fun, physical play
