Dignus Group – Central Support

£12.21 per hour

  • Monday:9:30am – 4:30pm
  • Thursday:9:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday:9:30am – 5:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be an important part of our HR team, helping us keep everything running smoothly. Your day will include things like:

  • Welcoming visitors and answering calls in a friendly, professional way
  • Keeping our HR systems up to date and accurate
  • Supporting the whole employee journey, from job offer to start date
  • Helping with right‑to‑work checks, DBS applications and staff changes
  • Making sure documents are filed correctly and securely
  • Updating Payroll and IT when staff details change
  • Preparing leaver paperwork and ensuring everything is completed properly
  • Supporting probation reviews, appraisals and reference requests
  • Keeping the office stocked and organised
  • Protecting confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care

You’ll be someone who can plan your workload, stay organised and adapt when things change. You’ll also be a positive presence in the team, helping us deliver a great service to our colleagues across the organisation.

What You Need
  • At least3 years’ general office experience
  • Confident using filing systems (paper and electronic)
  • Experience with everyday admin tasks such as data entry and document handling
  • Good IT skills, especially
    Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A calm, organised approach and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Experience working in an HR setting
  • Experience using databases, ideally within HR
