Job Summary

This is a temporary receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the care home, as well as completing various administrative tasks.

Main Duties
  • Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries, redirect calls, and record messages.
  • Complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
  • Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.

About the Role

Your focus as a receptionist will be to offer professional, high quality customer service as first point of contact within the home as well as providing a range of administrative services.

Shift details: 08.00 - 18.00

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
