Administrative Assistant – Nursery & Main School Office

Fibbersley Park Academy is a large primary school in Walsall and part of the Victoria Academies Trust. We are a close-knit family of schools dedicated to powerful, immersive and creative learning.

The Administrative Assistant will support all day‑to‑day administration for the Nursery and Reception schools, performing reception duties, clerical support, and welcoming new families. The role is part of the academy team and reports to the Headteacher.

• Reception duties, greeting visitors and answering enquiries.
• Clerical support including data entry, file management and preparing school documents.
• Welcoming new families to Nursery and Reception and providing them with the necessary information.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as directed by the Headteacher.

• Previous experience in general administration, preferably in a school setting.
• Meticulous eye for detail and a tenacious approach to tasks.
• Fluent spoken and written English (required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
