Introduction
We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Business Administration Apprentice to join a busy estate and lettings agency. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business and working closely with management and the wider team.

What You'll Do- Handling telephone calls and general email enquiries
- Producing professional letters, emails and general correspondence
- Using our CRM/property management system to record communications, make notes, update records and manage tasks
- Liaising with management and ensuring information and tasks are passed to the relevant team member
- Booking and coordinating property viewings, inspections, check-outs and other appointments
- Arranging and coordinating repairs and maintenance between tenants and contractors, including obtaining quotes and following up outstanding works
- Generating reports and maintaining spreadsheets and other business records
- Writing up property inspection and check-out reports from information and photographs provided
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property, landlord, tenant and applicant records
- Following up outstanding tasks, enquiries and correspondence
- Providing general administrative support to management and the wider team
Permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
