Teacher Active is proud to be working with a primary school in the WS12 area of Cannock, who are looking to appoint an experienced Primary School Administrator. The school is seeking a reliable and professional individual who can support the smooth running of its busy school office and contribute to a welcoming environment for pupils, staff and parents.

The school is looking to take on a Primary School Administrator on a long-term, part-time basis, working 1 day per week with an ASAP start. The successful Primary School Administrator will be responsible for general administration, monitoring attendance, maintaining pupil records, managing reception duties and using the Arbor management information system to support daily school operations.

• Previous experience working in a primary school office or administration role
• Essential experience using Arbor school management software
• Experience managing pupil attendance, records and general school administration
• Strong IT skills and excellent organisational abilities
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with parents, staff and visitors
• A professional, reliable and adaptable approach to working in a busy school environment
